Dr. William Brown graduated from Bob Jones University in 1984 and earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1987. He then completed a two-year general practice residency at Wake Forest Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC, gaining advanced medical training beyond the standard dental curriculum.
In 1989, Dr. Brown founded Brown Family Dentistry Group in Greenville with the support of his wife, Ronda, who now plays a behind-the-scenes role while caring for their children, Davy and Mary Katherine. His philosophy of care is built on respect, honesty, and patient empowerment: he believes in presenting findings openly, recommending only treatments he would choose for his own family, and giving patients full control over the type, timing, and pace of their care.
